Shipment policy

We ship worldwide and anywhere in Israel.

 

      1. Shipment method in Israel :
        1. Registered mail:
          – We ship for free in case of a perches over 300₪
          – For a perches under 300₪, the coast is 15₪.
        2. Direct delivery shipment to your home/work:
          – We provide direct delivery shipment for free with a perches over 300₪.
          – In case of a perches under 300 nis , the coast of direct delivery is 35₪.
        3. Free pickup from our studio/store in Jaffa:
          – In case you are interested in independent pickup,
          please remark your location preference:
          our studio (Ruhama 7, Jaffa 9:00 – 17:00)
          or our store (Rabi Pinhas 31, flea market, jaffa 10:00 – 19:00).

      1. Local shipment in Israel arrival time:
        An order made to our studio will be ready to be shipped\delivered\picked- up within up to 4 days.

        1. Registered mail arrives within 21 business days from the sending date according to the terms and conditions of the Israel mail office.
        2. Direct delivery shipment will arrive up to 3 business days from the day it leaves our studio. The delivery representative will contact you by phone to schedule his arrival at a time and location convenient for you. Please be available by phone after placing an order. The delivery hours are 8:00-18:00 – You may consider choosing a shipment address where you are Available during these hours (home/work place/ etc.) *deliveries to certain distant locations in Israel may take up to 7 working days from the day of shipping out from the studio. Locations such as: Ailat, Arrava area, the Golan Hits or locations placed past the green line.
        3. For free pickup from our studio/store you are welcome to come to our studio (Ruhama 7, Jaffa 9:00 – 17:00) or our store (Rabi Pinhas 31, plea market, jaffa 10:00 – 19:00). Please call us before your arrival to confirm your order is ready.

      1. Shipment method overseas:
        1. Free shipping overseas – We provide free shipping with a purchase over 400₪ (100$) by registered mail (via air), the shipment will arrive in 8 – 30 work days.
        2. For a purchase under 400 (100$) ₪ the shipping is by registered mail (via air), the shipment will arrive in 8 – 30 work days and the coast is 65 NIS (16$).
        3. By express delivery overseas via EMS, The delivery will arrive in 2 – 7 work days from the day of leaving our studio, and will coast 100 NIS(25$)
        4. The price for a package over 1 KG is according to the next terms:
          – To Europe, packages over 1 KG will be charged 15 NIS extra (up to 20 KG).
          – To all countries (not including Europe), packages over 1 KG will be charged 37 NIS extra (up to 20 KG).
        5. Deliveries overseas may be charged in coasts of costumes (import tax) or Vat (value added tax) according to the states specific law. These charges are hard to predict and are out of our control. Any charge of this kind will be paid by the purchaser.
        6. The coasts and time estimates may change in times of special sales according to the terms and conditions of the specific sale.

Gift & wrapping

Every item leaves our studio placed in a beautiful gift box and sent in a padded envelope with an exchange certificate.
Please let us know if you have purchased a gift: we would be happy to add a card with your personal regards. You may write the content you wish us to add to the shipment in a message on our website after you place your order,

Exchange policy

  1. Exchange or return may be made 14 days from the day of receiving the item, along with the tax invoice receipt.
  2. In case of purchasing a gift, you may request an extended exchange time for the gift receivers convenience. Please note this as you place your order online\by phone.
  3. In case of exchange/return, please make sure the item you purchased was not used, is placed in its original package, and attach the tax invoice receipt to the package.
  4. If you have decided to exchange\return an item, please contact our studio at 077-5120513. To complete the transaction, send the item you wish to return/exchange to us via registers mail. Add your full name, phone number and the name of our representative you talked to on the phone in advance. Once the item arrives to us we will contact you to take care of your request.

  5. In case of exchange, we will sent the new chosen item to you via registers mail for free.
  6. Exchange/return of an item may be made also at our store at Jaffa flea market, by showing a receipt/exchange note.

Refund policy

  1. In case of returning an item for payback, please call our studio at 077512513 as soon as you receive the item .or e mail us to : shellydaharistudio@gmail.com
  2. To get a refund, the item and tax invoice receipt must be sent to our studio in 48 hours from the date of receiving them. The item must be unused, and in its original packing, according to the Israeli consumer protection law.
  3. The sent package must arrive at our studio no longer than 30 days from the day it was sent.
  4. The payback will be made up to 7 work days from the day it is received by us at the studio.
  5. Shelly Dahari ltd has the right to reduce cancellation fees of 5% the cost of the goods or service given or 100 NIS whichever is less, and by the Consumer Protection Law.
  6. There will be no money return for shipment fees.

Jewelry maintaining policy

In order to preserve the jewelry best, it is advised not to wear it during sleeping, showering or working out. Make sure to avoid the jewelry touching water, perfume, hair products and the like. We advise storing the jewelry in a dry place and not in the washroom.

Warranty & repair of jewelry

All of our jewelry is hand made with an emphasis on a high level finish. We use high quality coating of gold, silver and brass on our metals.In case of need to re-coat an item, please contact us to arrange shipping of the item to us. We will re-coat it and send it back to you for a nominal fee.If for any reason there is a problem with a jewelry piece, please contact us to arrange shipping of the item to us, so we can repair it and send it back to you.

According to the condition of the item and the repair needed, there may be a minimal coast for this service.

Wholesale / Commerce policy

We sell and market our jewelry to stores and ship merchandise to stores all over the world.To get information about wholesale/commerce prices, please go to the “wholesale” category in our web site, fill in your details and information and we will contact you shortly.
Overseas delivery to wholesale/commerce customers:

  1. Overseas delivery to a commerce customer changes according to the weight of the package delivered.
  2. A worldwide delivery up to 1 GK via EMS coasts 145 NIS.
  3. An express delivery overseas via EMS will arrive in 2 – 7 work days to all countries. The price for a package over 1 KG is according to the next terms:
    – To Europe, packages over 1 KG will be charged 15 NIS extra (up to 20 KG).

Privacy policy

The purpose of this policy is to explain the company’s costumes in relation to the privacy of their online users, and the way the company uses the information it has received by the online users or gathered by the company through the website. 1.2 The customer’s personal information, as well as information regarding purchases made online (as follows “information”), will be saved in the data base of the website accordingly to the Israeli privacy protection law 1981, and will be used according to the instructions of this paragraph and\or according to the provisions of any law.

1.3 The company is making commercial efforts in order to protect the wholeness of information and security of information from any third party accesses. The gathering of information and confidential keeping are taking place in a secure surrounding – the company uses a combination of a security technology system, as well as protection of the website with encryption technology. 1.6 The company will be allowed to occasionally send commercial adds via Email,  accordingly to the instructions of the communication law (the Israeli telecommunication company and broadcast) (amendment number 40) 2008 (“the spam law”). The company is allowed to use information given in the website – and information it will collect regarding using patterns of the website – in order to improve the services given in the website and\or in any other way the company provides, to contact the user in case of need and accordingly to the spam law, or in order to analyze and provide statistical information to third parties. As stated, third parties and\or their employee’s and\or who on their behalf are forbidden to use the personal information for any other purpose, other than stated in this paragraph.

1.7 In different cases that are out of the control of the company and\or are results of force majeure, the company will not take responsibility of any damages, indirect or direct, that may be caused to a customer or who on its behalf. Furthermore, the company will take no responsibility for information that will be misplaced, and\or make its way in to hostile hands, and\or will be used without permission.

 

Responsibility of the company

  1. 1 . The company and\or the website management and\or who in their behalf will not be held responsible and will not bear any damage: direct, indirect, consequential or special, that has or will come upon a costumer and\or a website user and\or a purchaser and\or a third party, as result of using and\or buying via the company’s website, in case of using not accordingly to this establishment of standards – shall cause the prosecution which shall – including income loss and\or preventing profit that may be caused by any reason, which in this case the company keeps its prerogative to cancel the specific purchase of the customer.

 

  1. In case of a mistake in the description of an item in the website, the company and\or website management will not be compelled.

6   .  The website management will not be held responsible for delays in supply of items that are outcome of events that are out of the company’s control, for example: different problems, delays, cessation from work, natural disasters, problems with the computing system or phone system or Email service problems that will interrupt the perches process. Nonetheless, the website management will do it’s very best to provide high quality items in the standard amount of time.
