1. How can I make a purchase and pay online?

2. What is the coast of shipment?

We ship worldwide and anywhere in Israel.

 

In Israel:

 

  1. Registered mail:

– We ship for free in case of a perches over 300₪.

– For a perches under 300₪, the coast is 15₪.

 

  1. Direct delivery shipment to your home/work:

– We provide direct delivery shipment for free with a perches over 300₪.

– In case of a perches under 300₪ , the coast of direct delivery is 35₪.

 

  1. Free pickup from our studio/store in Jaffa:

– In case you are interested in independent pickup, please remark your location preference: our studio (Rochama 7, Jaffa 9:00 – 17:00) or our store (Rabi Pinhas 31, plea market, jaffa 10:00 – 19:00).

3. When will the local shipment in Israel arrive?

An order made to our studio will be ready to be shipped\delivered\picked- up within up to 4 days.

 

  1. Registered mail arrives within 21 business days from the sending date according to the terms and conditions of the Israel mail office.

 

  1. Direct delivery shipment will arrive up to 3 business days from the day it leaves our studio. The delivery representative will contact you by phone to schedule his arrival at a time and location convenient for you. Please be available by phone after placing an order. The delivery hours are 8:00-18:00 – You may consider choosing a shipment address where you are Available during these hours (home/work place/ etc.) *deliveries to certain distant locations in Israel may take up to 7 working days from the day of shipping out from the studio. Locations such as: Ailat, Arrava area, the Golan Hits or locations placed past the green line.

 

  1. For free pickup from our studio/store
    you are welcome to come to our studio (Rochama 7, Jaffa 9:00 – 17:00)
    or our store (Rabi Pinhas 31, plea market, jaffa 10:00 – 19:00).
    Please call us befor your arrivel to confirm your order is raedy.

4. Do you send shipments overseas?

YES. Overseas shipments worldwide can be made:

 

  1. By registered mail (via air). The shipment will arrive in 10 – 30 work days and the coast is 65 NIS.
  2. By express delivery overseas via EMS. The delivery will arrive in 2 – 7 work days from the day of leaving our studio, and will coast 100 NIS.
  3. The price for a package over 1 KG is according to the next terms:
  • To Europe, packages over 1 KG will be charged 15 NIS extra (up to 20 KG).
  • To all countries (not including Europe), packages over 1 KG will be charged 37 NIS extra (up to 20 KG).
  1. Deliveries overseas may be charged in coasts of costumes (import tax) or Vat (value added tax) according to the states specific law. These charges are hard to predict and are out of our control. Any charge of this kind will be paid by the purchaser.

5. I am purchasing a gift. Do you have special gift wrapping?

Every item leaves our studio placed in a beautiful gift box and sent in a padded envelope with an exchange certificate.

Please let us know if you have purchased a gift: we would be happy to add a card with your personal regards.

6. What is your return and exchange policy?

  1. Exchange or return may be made 14 days from the day of receiving the item, along with the tax invoice receipt.
  2. In case of purchasing a gift, you may request an extended exchange time for the gift receivers convenience. Please note this as you place your order online\by phone.
  3. In case of exchange/return, please make sure the item you purchased was not used, is placed in its original package, and attach the tax invoice receipt to the package.
  4. If you have decided to exchange\return an item, please contact our studio at 077-5120513. To complete the transaction, send the item you wish to return/exchange to us via registers mail. Add your full name, phone number and the name of our representative you talked to on the phone in advance. Once the item arrives to us we will contact you to take care of your request.

  1. In case of exchange, we will sent the new chosen item to you via registers mail for free.
  2. Exchange/return of an item may be made also at our store at Jaffa flea market, by showing a receipt/exchange note.

7. Can I get a Refund?

  1. In case of returning an item for payback, please call our studio at 077512513 as soon as you receive the item.
  2. To get a refund, the item and tax invoice receipt must be sent to our studio in 48 hours from the date of receiving them. The item must be unused, and in its original packing, according to the Israeli consumer protection law.
  3. The sent package must arrive at our studio no longer than 30 days from the day it was sent.
  4. The payback will be made up to 7 work days from the day it is received by us at the studio.
  5. Shelly Dahari Ltd preserves its legal right to increase 5% of the item price, according to the Israeli law.
  6. There will be no money return for shipment fees.

8. How do I maintain the jewelry?

In order to preserve the jewelry best, it is advised not to wear it during sleeping, showering or working out. Make sure to avoid the jewelry touching water, perfume, hair products and the like. We advise storing the jewelry in a dry place and not in the washroom.

9. Is there warranty for the jewelry? What can I do if an item needs repair of any sort?

All of our jewelry is hand made with an emphasis on a high level finish. We use high quality coating of gold, silver and brass on our metals.

In case of need to re-coat an item, please contact us to arrange shipping of the item to us. We will re-coat it and send it back to you for a nominal fee.

 

If for any reason there is a problem with a jewelry piece, please contact us to arrange shipping of the item to us, so we can repair it and send it back to you.

According to the condition of the item and the repair needed, there may be a minimal coast for this service.

10. Dose Shelly Dahari sell wholesale/commerce?

We sell and market our jewelry to stores and ship merchandise to stores all over the world.

Overseas delivery to wholesale/commerce customers:

  1. Overseas delivery to a commerce customer changes according to the weight of the package delivered.
  2. A worldwide delivery up to 1 GK via EMS coasts 145 NIS.
  3. An express delivery overseas via EMS will arrive in 2 – 7 work days to all countries. The price for a package over 1 KG is according to the next terms:
  • To Europe, packages over 1 KG will be charged 15 NIS extra (up to 20 KG).
